There was a bug in the chat that would prevent administrators from banning users. This bug is now fixed.

Please make sure to respect rules in forums, chat and game. Normally, when you violate a chat rule, you are banned from the chat. When you violate a forum rule you are banned from the forums. When you violate a game rule, you are banned from the game.

However, if you overdo in any of the three aspects, the ban becomes universal and permanent and can even affect your game accounts in both universes.

Any form of bug abuse is highly punishable, even one in the chat.
