Hi,
A new feature has been just implemented.
From now on, in the Galaxy Menu a new icon will appear:
This icon will appear after a moon has been destroyed or abandoned.
If you keep your mouse cursor above it, it will even show how much time remains before it is removed.
As you may already know, an abandoned or destroyed moon is not removed immediately from space. It needs approximately 60 hours to be removed. This way, you will know if a moon is still there and it will save you from trouble like wasting a moonshot.
You will get to see this icon even in rows without a planet. There are moons that will be removed in the next monthly update. Perhaps you might be able to discover moons that are being used by players illegally and have managed to escape our cleaning script; report these moons directly to webmaster@zorgempire.net
In general, we will be very cautious with any reports we receive on ghost moon in this forthcoming week as we want to fix some glitches in order to reduce the number of un-deleted ghost moons through the natural procedure. Right now we clear these moons with the monthly script but we want to reduce the number of moons that make it till there.
Re: New Icon in Galaxy Menu
#2We have removed possibly the last glitch that was creating ghost moons (Abandoned planets one).
We have changed the time a moon needs to disappear to 24hours instead of 60.
