Due to constant issues with the hosting company, we will be moving this server to a brand new one.

The game will be unavailable for some hours. The time needed for the new server to be back and running smoothly for everyone will be approximately 24hours. Do note that during this time the game may be available to some but not to others. For some it may even work within an hour.

All accounts will be moved at Vacation Mode at the start of the moving process. You will need not to worry about your fleets.

All messages will be deleted!!!
All battle reports will be deleted!!!

The new server will guarantee that the game will be running fast and stable, ensuring the game growth.

What about inactives? A friend of mine is inactive but he will be back in 15 days.Will he get deleted? He has only been inactive 4 days.

We have already done most of the work and we will eventually use a new domain which will take the downtime down to around 30 minutes. In this sense, we will not force anyone into vacation mode to avoid issues.

Apparently no.
We might eventually not force vacation mode at all as it seems that migration will take less than 10 minutes of downtime.

I can no longer access zorgempire.net or the forums. Others can!
The problem is I'm not in vacation mode.

I was only able to access the forums through a proxy. How about others who don't even know what a proxy is?

EDIT: Ok. I was able to activate vacation mode even when I have a fleet in air and 3 hours queue in my shipyard. I'll stay in v mode until things get sorted out.

It's now working fine. I forgot there was a 3 day holding time for v mode.
