Standard Downtime

Standard Universe and forums have experienced about 40 minutes of downtime, earlier today.
We have found and fixed the issue (network problem) and it should not happen again.
While this may appear as a side-affect of the move to the new server, it is not. It was just an unfortunate moment from these that happen once at 1 or 2 years.
