Wish to report another bug on the message system.

When you first go to messages, you can navigate to the next page when you have more than 10 messages. However, if you delete one of the messages and try to navigate to the next page, it does not display any messages and the navigation window says "page 0 of 0".

The only way to view messages again is to hit the Messages icon on the left menu list.

i am seriously thinking zorg wants to purge all the users with limited net speed -.- cause i am bleeding net cap with having balls to see on message. this new message viewer is a total fail on my part.

and its glitchy at best.

I agree with the rest of the players on asking the old message stuff back..
I get lost sometimes with all the clicking of pages.

Or can we atleast have the old style. That way we don't get lost like when i have a enemy intel on page 2 and i seem to have no def. intel on him. then i tried to probe him again and his new intel is now on page 1. So when i'd like to continue on to the other targets, i get confused on what page i last ended up before i went back to page 1 for the updated intels.

who ever came up with this idea clearly never done active probing. frustrating is the least of my expression that i can show in here... i would ask who ever came up with this crack pot idea please go in the beta server and try some 200 probing and sort out ur best hunting list.

its shocking out of all the ideas the dev team didnt asked for any feed back on a major change like this. zorg said with finality crying over the old message system wont do any good but can u come to a compromise that leave the message system for probes as it was before. and there is a reason i believe the dev team have the beta server. like someone in the chat said extreme has became the new testing ground.... if that is how you are doing then i guess we do not need the beta server or the beta testers for any use.

please be a little considerate on this one. life got extremely difficult for raiders, all around.

I deleted 1 probe intel then i tried to go to the next page.. it shows this:

total messages. Displaying page #0 of 0 pages

what happened to the 5 pages that was suppose to be in there?

I would like to see the ability to reverse the order of the messages too. I had 48 messages and wanted to read them as they came in. But every time I deleted the page of messages, I had to "re-click" the My Messages link on the left menu. This is because when you delete message and try to change pages, you get the "Page #0 if 0".

This new navigation method is really becoming a pain.

now since we have the ability to divide messages by category, wouldnt it be totally awesome if we could divide it by planet instead? omg that would save so much time and headache. And yeah, teh reverse order would be nice as well. even a sort of message storage bin, like a probe that you dont want to throw away, but dont want to have to checkmark every time to save. A customizable sorting solution would really be nice.

I think that the main problem everyone has is with the Espionage section. I say change that back to the old form and keep the new style for all the other messages. Also, I like the idea of a "save" bin.

The unread messages shows +10 but the first view only displays first 10 or so if it is changed. so can we have the messages that are viewed for the first time have some sort of indication that this message is being viewed for the first time?

and have the unread message be consistent with that as well. not just go make all +10 read when only first 10 are viewed.
