I found (in my 7+ years experience) thats if you start with all planets on starting, is hard to play (you need to build first month like crazy and need to play 24/24) to get a good rank.. But if you set up to get one planet every 2 astrophysics research, and make astro cost/time research balanced to can get in 1 year to level 27(the cost low, but long time to research), anyone will develop one by one his planets..
