Hi, nice work on the new login system. Can I ask a question about rubies - it used to be the case that accounts were at risk of deletion if they had less than 50 rubies. How will it work now that rubies can be shared between the different universes, is there any change?

I was very sceptical as to how this would come to pass. However, WELL DONE ZORG!

If you notice the rubies system works differently than you described.

So, given the chance, let me explain:

Every new account has a rubies "storage". Every new rubies you buy, are stored there.
Every universe account also has a rubies storage. This is the good-old-rubies storage that you all had till now.

You will be able to transfer rubies from one storage to another. So, for example, if you buy 600 Rubies, these will be placed on the main storage. To use them at X-TREME for example, you will need to transfer them there.

With the migration, all accounts kept their rubies in their universe account. So, lets take an example:

Jessica has an account in Standard. She had 300 rubies.
The game has migrated in the new server.
Jessica has happily joined and linked her account.
She now has 300 Rubies in Standard and 0 at her main account.
Jessica thought to try Speed for the first time. So she created a new account.
She now has 300 Rubies in Standard, 0 at her main account and 0 at Speed universe.
She would like to use some rubies in SPEED but she would rather not buy some, since she already has some in Standard.
So Jessica can move out (let's say 100) Rubies from Standard to the Main account.
Now her account has 100 Rubies, 200 in Standard and still 0 in Speed.
The 100 Rubies she transfered to her main account, can be distributed to any universe. She opts to move them to Speed and send them there.
Now, she has 100 Rubies on Speed, 0 on main and 200 on Standard.

Thank you. It is important for us to receive support from the playerbase. Especially from players with critical thought.

A lot of work has been put into the new system. Hopefully, alongside with the new universe, it will payout for everyone.

Hi, many thanks for your reply, the system for moving rubies between universes and the central account is clear and easy to use.

However I am still not clear in account deletion...

In your example, if Jessica moves all 300 rubies to the main account, and then all of the same 300 rubies to Speed... So now she has 0 in Standard and 0 in her main account and 300 in Speed. Then she forgets to login to Standard for 6 months or so, and in that time does not spend any of the rubies. Will her Standard account be deleted, even tho she has a large amount of rubies overall on her linked account on Speed?

Well, accounts with 50 rubies or more are not deleted anyway. The deletion routines are to be reworked anyway so perhaps we can make 10-49 ruby accounts to recycle rubies back to main on deletion.

On future universes (not sure if we will make this functionality on Reloaded yet) the transfer will not be needed. It will work directly from the main account. This was not possible for existing universes and a transfer mechanism was needed none the less.
