Currently on speed server I am being attacked, I have zero espionage tech however, I am able to see that I am being attacked by 3 small cargoes which is something I should not be able to see until tech level 8.

Ideas on this ? It has been like this for so long and we are not comfortable with "fixing" this now. It won't play any role in any of the universes right now but mostly to newcomers. Just seeking the best path to take.

It is not necessary, since everyone will level their tech anyway. Not a bad thing, not a good thing, just something that is not that necessary and wouldn't be much of a change even if it was implemented.

I really like the idea of having increased capabilities at different levels of tech. However, I do agree that in X-Tream it does not make a whole lot of sense but I would like to see it in speed
