My one and only post in this thread is going to be to point out the bias on the opposing side as well.

Without baiting sloth or flamming u mate .

The opposing side being some of the most if not most active players in ZE. We also discuss ideas as a team, maybe fresh blood or something i dont know.

I feel like banging my head against a wall.. Some of you are missing the point.. I am not saying there is anything wrong as such.. What I am saying is tell me one active game national or higher that has a moderator/ referee that is active in the game at the same time he is controlling said activities..? The answer is none..even in the game that is similar to this they now stop forum mods being in the same Uni as they are active in..

Bias can work both ways.. Say I am unhappy with Sloths (hypothetically speaking) comments or actions here, there is nothing stopping me from bashing him in game (with in the rules of course). This would be wrong of me, an a abuse of my position. I would be nothing more than a bully.

Any referee should be able to make a decision without fear of repercussions this would be prevented if Mods where not active in the same Uni they moderated on.

However if this has been discussed already and awaiting increase in forum activity so be it..

As long as the professional quality of the forum mods remains as high as it is now this idea will never be needed.
