Just an idea, but it would be nice if vacation time was limited to a max time limit of say 14 days. This server is polluted with quitters that perma vacationed after they got hit one time. Open them back up to raiding etc....

Would allow actives to grow and enjoy the game more if every system didnt have 2-3 planets on vacation

age old battle here..not the 1st if its kind n dont dissagree btw..but will use same example used against me when i was atop xtreme back in the day.

To my knowledge CrushedIce sadly passed away but his account is in vm.If what you ask for came about and he was booted from vm only one account could hit his fleet.Making rich get richer effect.

The other arguement was people who serve in military..etc etc

i agree though the sea of blue of accounts sure to never return could be better served

I don't care if they give someone 6 months as long as they log in once a month to refresh it, but this crap of take my ball and go home has to end lol

if they just dropped em out for 2 days a week randomly.it would serve the purpose

In a similar game I played long time ago, this problem had the following solution:

28 days in v-mode without login and their status became (v I), but their mines were not turned on (only incoming attacks allowed).

To my belief it works like this. If you are in vmode but don't log in after 45 days the account is deleted. But as long as you log in every now and then it stays in vmode. Lost my account after I vmodedbut did not log in.
