what is Expedition Technology and what does it do.the info in gives in the description doesnt say what the tech does in terms of gameplay

it allows expedition missions to outer space. the higher the level, the more fleets you can search while the longest it will last

doesnt colonizing do the same thing.I dont really understand what you mean it there anywhere i can read about it to find out exactly what it does,(like a link or something)

If it's like my other game, you can find resources, planets, and possible ships. And if it's like the other there can even be aliens that can attack you or ion storms that can damage ships. You should also be able to have your expedition hold out there for a few hrs.
BUT!!!!!.......this is only if it's the same as the other game I play.

No...colonizing is not the same as expedition fleet. All a colony ship does is go to an empty slot and then creates a world in that slot. An expedition goes into the outer space slot and explores for a set # of hrs. and then returns to your homeworld.

Hope this helps you out.

In future version, colony ships will need expedition technology to be built (And in general colony ships will be more tough to build)
