Getting more people involved in the forums ?

Any ideas to get more people involved with the forums ?
Clearly, the most interesting part for a player is the union of honor and this is the reason we have a separate link in the game menu for it. This has led to some improvement in activity in the forums but we clearly can do better.
Any ideas ?
Wars can be good for forum activity increase but we cannot affect this part

I think there should be a link to the signature competition, much like the one we had for the avatar competition. That would surely draw some people in.

but really, we need to find a point in war then interests will peak.

In all honesty, if you would automatically have an account created on the forums when you create your account in-game, and have a weakly update in the announcemets, I believe that Forum visits would show a healthy increase.
Btw, I'm losing the war against my self. It turns out you can't raid your own planets...

The Administration should send updates of everything going on in the forums to all in-game ZE players. Then, they'll want to read up on the updates as well as (hopefully) check out the other areas of the forums.

Maybe a Zorg Monthly newsletter sent to every players mailbox, in it could be wars, active forum posts, new implements, and other stuff from the forums... then at the end of the newsletter it could have a link to the forums.

the reason you do not see many people ..other then the normals..post on forums is the english only rule.This game is just as rich in romanian players as it is in the english speaking world players.Many of them can not speak or read it and if anyone brings up those stupid google translater ,my dog who's @ss i shaved and taught it to walk backwords can translate better than that d@mn thing.
Try and open a forum section for our eastern europe counter parts to help encourage traffic.

i wish more people would get involved on this forum, its even quieter than before
in the past 3-4 hours there has been about 6 posts
and half of those were me

to increase forum activity offer 1 ruby per 25 posts or something like that
it would only have to be for a period of 4-5 weeks to get more involved active on the forum
then once the number of forum users has increased make it 1 ruby per 50 posts
basically offer rubies as an incentive to use the forum
or offer resources if not rubies
