Zorg Empire

Well, at long last, Im quitting zorg. Its been a long and drawn out slide over the last several months, with more and more time spent in vacation mode where I started to lose interest, an unfortunate side effect of not being able to play. Recently I came out of vmode as a last ditch attempt to stay interested, and even remembered all my fleet saves for 3 days. And then promptly forgot about the game completely for nearly a week. So Im taking that as the evidence that I really amnt in the mood to play zorg anymore, and rather than sit in vmode, Ive sent out all my planet locations to AZG, the last brave few who have stayed on under a leader who logged in once a fortnight if they were lucky, who really deserve a far better return and I really wish I had a fleet to feed to them. So my honest and complete apologies to AZG for not being around when I was supposed to and needed to be, as a leader I was pretty godawful and I cant blame a single one of the players who left AZG. AZGs final descent thats brought them to where they are can be squarely laid on my shoulders I feel, and I just never did anything about it. At least now you guys will be able to choose a decent leader from amongst yourselves, and I wish them good luck! Theyve got a good and loyal player base to move on with, and Im sure youll be great again in no time!

Defiant and Anubis (I know youre still on here somewhere) I learned a hell of a lot from yourself and Defiant, infact nearly everything thats worth knowing. You guys taught me how to fleetsave, what the good stacks were, and were always there if I had questions. Def, you even gave me my first few moons, and Anubis gave me the one I used to farm Hail to rubble that made me a pretty penny over the year or so of its life (Yeah, that was over a year ago o.O) as I branched out from it, and never asked for a thing in return. Ill still never forget that ninja on logged (Epic sauce) I owe you two alot, so if you ever catch me playing the same game as yourselves, ask and ye shalt recieve!

Gale, Ace, ILPY, Comet, atler, all the other RPers, really enjoyed the RP with you guys, some of you have some real imagination! At least one of you better end up doing something that involves writing stories. I know Id read 'em.

Gumppy, all the members of V and some from VVV (Youll know who you are), I never actually hated you guys, despite the public thought. But war is war and winding you up is a fun and enjoyable part of that. Some of the most fun Ive had in zorg was taunting sbt into a frothing frenzy for my nonexistent fleet in the first V war, and again over my ridiculously luckily elusive one in the second V war. No hard feelings to any of you, and apologies for the taunts and insults!

Were, TGE, ista(Who Im told is around somewhere too) all the old guard, thanks for the fun and games! I hope I run into you guys again somewhere. Ill probably pop in and out the forums every so often to harass those of you poor bastards who've ended up mods (It always seems like a great job until you end up doing it), just remember I love you long time and to keep your hands off the banhammer.

Seems like you just came back only yesterday.

Very recently i have seen ur resources laying around a colony idle as i stopped fleeting i was scouring for some defense less targets but ur one looked pretty decent and juicy. Was about to launch but saw who it was, and just did not feel like hitting a friend.

So u know even in the shadows u will be missed.

Yeah if I could get ahold of defiant and had my way about it, and whatever is left of them agreed, I would be running AZG, but alas who knows if either would actually happen. lol I have his email and have tried to get in touch with him but so far no answer.

Apply to join azg, Ill accept you tonight. I still have full leadership privileges at the moment, or as much as you can get from the broken 'transfer leadership' button. Defs been on and off lately, Ill send him an email myself.

The transfer leadership button's been fixed for awhile now.

Wasnt working when we transferred, dont think we tried again. Ah well.
