Which is better?

I play xtreme on here, but I have a standard account that was new, but I stopped playing it for xtreme. But I was wondering is it a good idea for me to play standard as a newbie or just stay on xtreme?

Depends on your activity. Personally if you are a very active player, I would play Extreme. Standard is better for less active players, your casual turtles for example.

Ive noticed that no one has build a RIP in standard. How hard are they to make?

There are plenty of deathstars built in standard.

I would just play one.since I would rather have 1 strong empire that I can focus on rather than waste time only to have 2 medicore empires.

you can select under options do or do not show in score board
