me and the new skin are going to have trouble being friends, it tells me there are unread posts in general discussion when ive read them all

If its a post in a sticky or announcement it only shows the little piece of orange paper next to it. I had trouble with that too

Eh, It gives alot of different icons to the page, whether I've read them or not. Even so, just role your mouse over the icon, and it'll pop up telling you if there is any new posts.

Icons are an issue. We could find a better pack from another theme (recommended) or design our own.

Yes, I'd like a simpler icon set. There are like 50 different ones, and I can only guess at what they mean.
