At the very begining of the summer I set the Vacation mode so I could go to my grandparents, I come back on almost 2 months later to find out MY acount is gone.

Is there any possibility I could get it back?

unfortunately admin delete accounts after 31 days inactivity unless you have bought a certain amount of rubies

What... I was in Vacation Mode....

...... Is it possible for me to get it back, or do I need to create a new account?

Deleted accounts do not get given back. Even Mintaka who was in vmode got his deleted. You will have to restart as others have.

As Witchy said, deleted accounts are irreversible.
