No you may be in vacation mode as long as you wish, the 48 hours is the time you have to wait when you come out of v mode before you can go into it again.

Be aware that being in v mode for an extended length of time ...not sure what the timeframe is... can get your account removed.

Than they should fix this in options menu:
Enable vacation mode
(ATTENTION! IF YOU SELECT THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING IN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 3 DAYS)
Minimum time between VM: 48 hours

To:
Enable vacation mode
(ATTENTION! IF YOU SELECT THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING IN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THE NEXT 3 DAYS AND AFTER THAT UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO DISABLE YOUR VACATION MODE)
Minimum time between VM: 48 hours

It was infact 72hrs not 48hrs the way I see it.But anyways its good to know you can stay in (v) mode for more than 3days,its a good thing.

This part "Enable vacation mode
(ATTENTION! IF YOU SELECT THIS, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING IN YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 3 DAYS)" is saying that if you choose to enter vacation mode you will not be able to do anything in your account for 3 days... which is 72 hours.

This part "Minimum time between VM: 48 hours" is saying that the minimum wait time between vacation modes is 48 hours..

But yes I can see where it could be a bit confusing, changing the wording a bit would probably help.
