Having a look at the scoreboard to see if there are any promising new players. The first 5 slots are empty, no names.
The subsequent names, slots 6-10 are all inactive, the players listed all joined the game in July.
There are other new players who have joined since that time, more recently and in the last few days. So, is there a problem with that list?
