For the last time any Admin or MOderator action will be taken up in private message, or in email.... As i have personally warned you at least twice already I will be issuing a WARNING for Admin Baiting-JaD

If you didnt steal it then you need to email admin and talk to them about it. But yes if you did no wrong you shouldnt be banned so just go to admin and explain everything and give them any proof you have and im sure admin will work with you and resolve the issue.
