Any chance Zorg that u can tell us all what the rules are for account swapping/passing? Seems to me accounts are changing (especially in Extreme and Massacre) on a monthly basis....it doesn't help that an account pass does not seem to require account info updates....also, Massacre doesn't even have account swap info at all....most fleeters I know do their homework on certain accounts/players.....if there is nonstop swapping then that all goes out of the window and yet another element of the game follows .....I would also like to know exactly how often an account can change hands please....last I heard was once every 6 months.....thanks

i c players in speed acct swapping without even going vm first !
i want to know what will happen to this players who doesnt acct swapping with rules and swap accts while they are not even in vm ? i already email admin about it and waiting for answer

Sour grapes. If you see something unusual, just report. All universes mention the switch rule in the rules section. Rules are pretty clear.

What part is sour grapes? Massacre shows no account swap info.....lots of accounts have new owners in Extreme...no info update....

Problem is current rules only cover ONE type of swap.
Theres nothing about players giving away accounts when they get a better one, or a player retiring and giving away their account. This is what tends to happen and cannot be listed under the current system as the 2 accounts arernt actually being swapped.....

Maybe some rules need to put in place ie a post in the forums that a swap is happening . But ur account is urs and as long as u stay in the rules if u want to past on or swap its ur business as u own the account

The Account Rules for Switching. Also included is a tab for switching, if that's what you want to do!

Rules
If this account has crashed its fleet into retirement, it cannot be switched and instead it must be deleted (Details here)
If this account is played from a shared place or sharing a connection with another account, it cannot be switched. No exceptions will be made.
If this account is involved into any milking violations found afterwards, both this and the switched account will share the violation penalties.
Requirements
You may switch your account once every 6 months.
Both accounts must be placed in VMODE to initiate and complete an account switch.
The switching history of any account, becomes immediately public through the Personal info tab in character page. (Not available in Standard)



ALL of the above is listed in the rules already. Again, I have now posted it here. But, posting in the forums, it will get lost in history, "Like tears in the rain". lol!


Sour grapes? If you indeed have concerns that this rule is being broken, REPORT IT! To quote Zero! "i already email admin about it and waiting for answer". Exactly the way to do it. A post in the forums, although bringing it to the attention of whoever is not a report to the powers that be that there is infringements of the rules going on. Please, everyone, read the rules at least once. Indeed, refer to them as often as you can.

If you need to report it, follow Zero1's example, contact the admins.

It is not possible in Massacre to see who has swapped with who....and not everyone has been vmoding before swapping/trading accounts......if we were to report all we thought were involved with swapping etc then Zorg would be inundated with emails.....I do like the idea that everyone needs to declare an account swap in forums on a topic of its own to make it official....and for the reasons I have already given .....as for once every 6 months...we all know plenty of accounts that have changed more often than that ....without Zorg resources it is hard to prove anything so I can't see how reporting helps

But that is all you can do. Take details, times etc. Then report it. If it appears that any transgressions have happened, I'm sure the powers that be will act on it. Like I said, that's all you can do.
