You can disable the scoreboard. Most higher level players do, to avoid people knowing what their fleet is composed of. That's what this guy most definitely did.

ur fleets plus ur def wont be more than 1k too
and in speed u have newbie protection till 10k

so how did she hit u ? ur not 10k just 1k

Players lose protection after 2 days of inactivity. Got to be playing everyday to keep the noob protection.

and i talked to him , he said he was active and when he got hit he had 1.5k pts

Players show as inactive after 1 week. However, a couple of days of inactivity allows them to become fair game. It seems unfair, but what can you do?

Yes. True I seend the crp. Go into your options settings and uncheck (include in acore board" I can tell u I top almost everyrhing in that scoreboard yet im not on it.

This is a scoreboard issue, like the others said, most people disable it.... I assure you people have much more than 20 BCs, lol! Much more than 500 too xD

Btw, if anyone bothers to read the game FAQs, they say: -Players that have not logged in for more than 48hours lose protection.

It would be helpful to noobs, I think, if admin could add a clear note to the top of the scoreboard to say that it only includes players who have opted in.
