Without checking players scores, I regularly go through systems, clicking the espionage icon, on any target.

A couple of times now, I have probed players that should have newb protection, I think I may have even attacked one of them. Now I am wary of everything I do. The newb protection below 10k points isn't working in every instance. Why?

ya i think after 6 days or 5 days of inactivety noob protection is lifted

in extreme, i think noob protection is lifted if that player does not log in for a while. [several days i think]
