Proposed Massacre Reform

Here is a list of proposed changes for Massacre. We may forward them regardless of the feedback as the universe status is critical in terms of activity, however any feedback is very important.

All proposed changes are targetting two things:
1)Make it newbie friendly
2)Make it interesting for everyone.

Here is the short list:

1)Storage Den
As introduced in Generals for Mine general. The hide/cost ratios will be tweaked to suit the universe. We want it to be cheap on first levels and pretty expensive on higher ones. Experienced players from Generals could be key in providing optimal numbers so if you are such, please post.

2)The so-called plunder algorithm
Since a storage den will be available to everyone, there is no need for further resource protection as ruled in all universes. All attacking fleets will fill their cargo to maximum.

3)Expeditions reform
There have been talks in suggestiosn about it,we will gather the best ingredients from there, add our own and reform expeditions. We could also add the voyager ship type - it remains undecided.

4)Elite Recycler or relevant technology to improve Recycler
Again, long talks about it in suggestions, time to make this happen. Both 3) and 4) will act as a beta test in this universe before we copy them to the other universes.

Other ideas:
1)Extra options in merchant page
The reformed expeditions could return new resources (ie Rhodium, platinum, Diamonds, etc) which could later be traded (for free) for rubies.

2)Trade post
A page which will help trading between players. It will be compatible with this forthcoming feature

3)Tech ages (Type 1,2,3 Civilization)
Restructure available technologies in the game. Add new where needed. All these based on the Kardashev scale. All required concepts will be also created.

So based on Tech ages, will we be able to build Tyson Spheres?

Edit: Dyson Spheres. I really have no idea why it corrected to Tyson.

Yes Spheres of Chicken will definitely be within reach.

Dyson Spheres however may still be some ways away ;)

I would love to see that happening in Mass as a experiment

yes the 25% research faster with rubies in Gen was also a good hit may be you can keep that for about 7days here?

Here's a little idea you could try the possiblity of being able to jump res as well as fleet from moon to moon after a certain level perhaps like level 5 jump gate

Great ideas it might attract me back to Mass and perhaps others too. The servers are too similar atm esp Mass and Xtreme so it needs something to make it a bit different.

Especially thumbs up to making expeditions more interesting and worthwhile, and to storage dens and 100% raiding.

Another couple of suggestions for rubies - instant recharge jump gate, and small moons for a cheaper price than big ruby moons.

how about a Research that will let the recycler pick up more rubble.
like compression physics. the higher the research the more your recycler can hold.
