We saw your fleet down....only one update.....alliances normally allow a two update and offline ruling......when this happens you get your d/f returned the first time minus losses for attacker....Guardian was in your alliance until the hit was complete then left it. I have had lots of people calling this foul play/staged/taking advantage etc.....no rules were broken as such but the crash was morally wrong on so many levels.....to not return your d/f is also wrong....so let's hope Guardian returns this for your rebuild at the very least......it's the right thing to do

I doubt this very much... If a player joins an alliance only to find on/off times and gain inside information, it already shows that players character.. The fact that Guardian has been in 4 different alliances in as many months.. explains a lot... The fact he only dropped out of the alliance after the attack is wrong.. He states he likes being hated... what your psychological profile displays is a social-path...

I am not condoning Guardian's actions but I will say as long as a player stays within ZE rules.. we are all free to play how we wish... On the other hand I would suggest no one will ever allow him in their alliance... If he starts one of his own again...only a fool would join now... In fact I know 1st hand that a ally of mine was on his buddy list...this cost him as Guardian passed on his online times to someone else.

I will not say good hit because it was not..any fool can hit a player you know 100% is off line.. (imo cheating) plus this is the really funny part...you did all this for no profit... you lost 6k LG and collected less than you gained.. because I collected 1.3 billion of that DF... with a flight time of 40 mins... from 70 systems away..when you were just next system from him... such n00b play...

I will say Glotr whoisit...you better watch who you climb into bed with in the future..not a nice way to loose your fleet but loose it you would have...I had deut on the way and ships in the air when Guardian hit you... why I was able to get most of the DF... Launch your RC before your attack fleet...

check the alliance manifest.. whether its an agreement that when a fellow player leaves fleet down without attending is it ok for another alliance mate to recycle it.

in ezt we have that practice. but the real practice is to return the df minus the cost of launch back to the player for rebuilding. that kind of courtesy is expected from every members and all of it must be informed to the leaders and on circ.

if it is not the above case and still this goes on then you can always kick him out of the alliance and start taking him out by declaring war on him and so on.

PS: why take guardian as an alliance mate in the first place?

Maybe Guardian poking around looking for a good fit. I moved around some looking for a group that will stick together and be rebels like I am knowing its a game with no fear of anyone

I was the leader of this alliance and will say this

1. ) nowhere in my rules had I even mentioned that another player could recycle anyone else in the alliance fleet

2.) guardian messaged me saying he was going to attack whoisit if he didn't come online , I didn't Reply till after the hit so he didn't even wait or my okay

3.) I know whoisit fleet wasn't down two updates and when I brought this to guardians attention his Reply was that it would have been down 2 updates anyways. Whoisit came on a mere 10 mins after the hit.


I am sorry your fleet was taken whoisit when I am back I will personally help you rebuild what I can of your fleet since I was the alliance leader at the time.

I would also like to say it was a really morally unethical hit on guardians part and wether you want to be hated or not doing something like this is just a dick move.
