Can one have a strong alliance that only has a few people? Will that alliance be able to be competitive even if it has only 4 players?

Yes you can, I prefer smaller more effective groups, "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog."

Hm that is interesting. Idk I suppose having only strong players but only a small number could be an extremely useful thing. I also think that having a big alliance could help because you could have lots of players having your back. The only problem would be if they were all weak players then they wouldn't be so useful. lol
