using acs defend to get Attackers of the Week 1 place

a think only in war against Sga this tactic was used however when a see top player use it to get 1 place a think thats unfair
torgard attacked low by acs defending own ships he send 500 000 small cargos on acs defend then send 4000 rips to destroy that

if you wanna be number one so much play fair and squire like many players do
a dint imagine that Torgard will acs defend only to be number 1
maybe there is also some story a dont know however
a sugest too that Acs defend will be added to player ho use it to add in defenders of weak not in attackers of week
