Well I was just looking at the rankings and it appears to me that Mintaka is no longer in first place is this just a display error on my part or something else...

He fleet saved?

I don't know last time I looked I saw him having 900k points (which was just yesterday) now I see just under 400k points. Oh well the question will be answered in time.

If he fleet-saved and dropped in 500k points, I'm scared. Very scared, actually.

I'm sure he still does, though. You don't get to the top by playing like an idiot.

If you read in Union of Honor, he sent a massive fleet against Neoshergrath so that's probably where it went. Funny thing is that i just traded with him.
