When im makeing contests in the alliance, am i allowed to give rubies to contests winners?
Also if im attacking someone whos not 5 times lower than me, the moument i sent the fleet but when fleet starts to arrive there, i have more points than the 5 times limit.. do i have to recall my fleet?
Whats the member limit in Alliance?

They're your rubies do as you see fit with them!

No, you don't have to recall your fleets.... You are only restricted WHEN you have 5X points BEFORE sending fleets.

Alright thanks.. heh in speed now getting more than 20 active and good player is impossible as everyone who are active are in top 3 alliances

You can always try to recruit the newest players
In your alliance page under the send circular message you should see the words "Last joined Zorg Empire" this will give you a list of the newest people to join your server

another way to recruit players is start up a topic in alliance recruiting section of the speed forums hope this helps

Even though this.was asked last year, I feel the need to clarify that you can attack anyone who is out of player protection, that is anyone over 10k points (100k points in Xtreme), no matter how big the gap between your points there is.

Not working that way in Extreme, I have to go above 100k to hit anyone more than 5 times my points.
