Do not accept gray areas or anything that seems fishy.
Gray areas/border linining rules/exploits are conducted by a small minority out of the total number of players.
At such cases, it is important to avoid any notion to resolve this directly with the player unless:
1)You have a good relationship with him.
and
2)He is capable of following a discussion.
The best is to report it directly to administration.
Re: Trade rates
#52This does need to be more reinforced as many are not aware. Including myself that they aren't allowed for trade.Zorg wrote:Only from the rules above, it is crystal clear that resource trading for rubies is not allowed. There is one more reason on top of this; big players would be able to "farm" small players this way, cutting the middle man (Imperial Support). Obviously, this is not something we favour.
Re: Trade rates
#53I have some sympathy with some views regarding the trading of rubies. The trading of rubies, as we know already is not allowed. However, the rules do not state this. In the rules, under trading, there should be at least one line that states, categorically, NO TRADING OF RUBIES WHATSOEVER. This would alleviate any grey areas and the problems that people seem to have.
Yes, it has been stated in the forums at least twice, maybe more. But in the mean time, to stop the confusion, there needs to be a statement in the rules. People read the rules and and see where they stand. They do not read the forums to see the rules, they read the rules to see the rules. Hence why there is confusion.
