Re: Anonymous Player Interview on Possible Game Style Imbala

over the last 2 days as i gave this some thought it occurs to me how you can really see how imbalanced the game is. pick a week and delete 100% of the inactive players. make the little (i) ones where you cant attack them and the black (iI) ones delete them all together. When that is removed from the game, you will see one very important thing. With out the inactive players, this game dies fast.

I have said multiple times that there always people that come and always people that leave.
This is irrelevant with the game itself. It is a cycle that always happens.

There are always people here that raise their concerns over it. I understand your concerns but I cannot reason them when the stats point to the contrary. Just take in mind how many times this has been raised in the past; we are still here.

Now, regarding the topic itself, I am on the side of those who disagree with most of this content. It is a very general discussion that does not take in mind many crucial points and actions that have been taken in the past. It also does not include playing styles and more crucial elements. It is more of a general discussion which can easily become food for those that prefer one style of another, which is by itself counter productive.

As game developers, we are interested to allow space for many playing styles, which in our beliefs results in greater strategy. This is the reason why every universe is different than another. Surely, some universes are harder for turtles, just like some universes are harder for fleeters.

Specifically speaking, I believe (and can also prove with stats) that Massacre engine (only used in Massacre universe right now) is clearly in favor of turtles, so all this talk just seems pointless to me.

My 2 cents.
