Squirrel on Crack. His combination of infrastructure and firepower is amazing, I am not sure there is anyone with better mastery of the game. While most of us knew he had an insane fleet, few knew that he was building his infrastructure so massively, ensuring his long term success and dominance. Honorable mention to Mintaka who's long stay at the top was remarkable.

Gummpy. His resurgence has triggered a resurgence from RAWK that has raised them to levels unattained before.

3, Which player has given you the most help, either in game or through information? Sadbutrue

4, Which player do you like the most? Can be based on friendliness or just popularity.
Istalris. Few times in your life will you meet someone so difficult to dislike. His great attitude sets a tone on the forums and in the game that makes you want to come back. Honorable mention to Paradox who can be very sweet and as protective as a lioness of her cubs at the same time.

5, Who do you think has displayed the most amount of sportsmanship?
Defiant. After being crashed and having war declared on them, always maintains a good attitude.

6, Who do you think is the person with the best leadership qualities?
Very tough one to call without knowing what goes on behind the scenes of the different alliances. I know what SOC does, so I will give it to him. He leads by example, takes charge when necessary, understands what is important and is pragmatic when necessary.
Plenty of honorable mentions here. Sadbutrue is the quintessential field general. I am not sure who is most responsible for RAWKs' resurgence, but I have to give credit to Gummpy, Ista and Slash. Gale demonstrates some strong leadership and decisionmaking, but seems a little wet behind the ears. Rukai did a fantastic job getting A-O together in the war with Memel, but sudden disappearance cost him some points.

7, Who do you think is the person with the best diplomatic qualities?
Tough one, but I would go with Defiant. Always respectful and willing to do the utmost to ensure the security of Azguard. Surely a difficult job considering the size of their alliance and the number of predators circling.

8, Who do you think is the scariest/best fleeter?
I think SOC is probably the most effective fleeter, but I am going to go with Sadbutrue on this one. He is easily the scariest player in the game. His persona comes off as being cold hearted and brutal. LOL, it is no persona. Add in very intelligent, logical and fiercely loyal and you will begin to understand why Sad is the perfect soldier and general. It is true that monsters check under their beds for Sadbutrue before they go to sleep. Believe it!

9, Who do you think is the best turtle?
As I think these awards are for the body of work since the game started, I will go with Istalris. As I mentioned before, while I smashed my fleet to bits against Belligerant's turtle shell, I didn't even think I had a chance against Ista's. Istalris.

10, Who do you think is the best miner?
SOC

11, Who do you think is the best trader?
Merchant, the only trader I consistently use.

12, Who do you think is the most persistent rebuilder?
If it was best rebuilder, it would be Gummpy. However, most persistent would be Curtis. I don't know if it is a long learning curve for him or just bad luck, probably a combination of both, but if he can keep his fleet safe for any period of time he can become a dangerous player.

13, Who do you think is the most elusive player?
I will go with Eos. At one point, just a target. He has earned my respect. This guy is tough to track down and he is smart.

14, Who do you think is the player that has most improved?
Like some of the other categories, this one is kind of ambiguous. Zookon and Paradox had rapid rises to the top. I have to go with Gummpy. In losing his empire as a top 10 player, he not only rebuilt it stronger than it was before, but totally changed his game strategy in doing it. He has now become one of the elite fleeters in the game. Honorable mention to Zookon who stands out as the best new top 25 player in the game.

15, Who do you think is the player that is most underestimated?
This is a tossup between Eos and Istalris. It seems ridiculous to think that Istalris is underrated, but he is by some. I will go with Eos, as Istalris is not that underrated.
