I'm all for ruby incentives....especially helps those that can't buy any.....but as I said above...too easy to abuse.....for example, u dump 200 million deut on moon.....buddy farms it.....he does same with the deut....u farm it....you easily get top two spots doing that.....if u time it just before weekly update u would probably get away with it.....

Plus top raider got all that res from raiding and top attacker got all that res from attacking. That is reward enough.
