Step 1: Shut down all of your deut. mines.
Step 2: Crash your own fleet and collect the res. to construct mines and other assets that cannot be destroyed.
Step 3: Load all deut. you find onto cargo ships and crash them into planets.
Step 4: Wait till they run out of fuel.
Step 5: ????
Step 6: Profit.
Trust me, this will work, I'm a docter.
