Bobrox2000 (got crashed few times, rebuilt and congratulated every time)

No one managed to dodge my attack yet. I would say eOs since he hides his fleet very well.

I´d say Zookon. I never saw him on the rankings before and then suddenly he appeared in the top 30 with few great attacks in the UoH.
