The only reason why fleeters look so strong is because they are being fed. In a world where most players are experienced I think fleeters will collapse on themselves.

A fleeter would never win against a turtle with equal points.
A fleeter can expand faster than a turtle but a fleeter would fall faster too.

The only advantage is when you are a fleeter and you are on top of the food chain. But I think it would be balanced when ACS attack comes up.

Srry but I think your wrong if the fleeters are aloud to put colony planets where ever they like def will
never have a chance. Unless your able to take out colony planets, moons only send the fleets,colony planets
are destroying the def for the ships to raid... And really it's a fulse win as they don't win by fleet it self!..

It was your fault for relying on your defense to protect your fleet.
If you are a solid turtle, all they can do is launch IPMs against you. The result will depend on who is online more often. Even if you are not online to rebuild ABMs, it would cost much to destroy 100k Light Lasers. No fleeter is dumb enough to spend IPMs to destroy 1m LL for no profit, unless it is for personal vendetta.

Looking at the combat result of sad vs you, I could say he had some large profit, not one of the best ratio for TD/profit but it is still huge. Again I would say that you left yourself open for profit.

Im sorry but i think that would be a stupid idea being able to destroy planets.

Sad makes a great point - Players like himself the top 50 would easily just destroy all the weaker players planets - You would then have people who have spent weeks on end building up thinking 'f*** it' and leaving the game.

Just fleet save.. We have all learnt the hard way.

If you have a top player with a moon near your planet and your leaving lots of ships and resources you will get phalanxed and wee'd on with many more ships lol and you will only have yourself to blame

Seems you mist my point he didn't win buy fleet alone, now if his colony planet was aloud to be destroyed he wouldn't have the
advantage, the game is only working 1 way.. I know fleeters don't like the way I'm talking but all should look at the game? ...

Wakeup!!! look around ppl are quitting as they had a nuff the way it is.. Because Sad tells he's going to take out all
your planets that makes him a good player or a bully!.. Are you a wimp and have no back bone?.. it's your game not
his.. The top 10 & admits are ruiling the game your playing, it's about time you speak out!

I believe you are just trying to defend only yourself or something like that. I can't exactly explain it in english. :(

There are bullies in every game. So much more in war games.
Destroying planets in this kind of game cannot be allowed. It has been discussed a lot of times. It is not because there are bullies but because it can be used as a tactic to broaden the gap between the top and the lower players.

Another point that you are saying is you want a tactic that can make you immune from attacks. I say it is fleet saving and a solid turtle.

And lastly, who do you think will rule in any game? Of course it's the top guns. But in ZE the top can change easily.

This post is just because you had your fleet destroyed not any other reason.

People do quit but its normally people that dont know how to play it that quit or generally dont enjoy it. But many of us do love this game and i for one enjoy it.

I think before you come on here with your comments you should learn to the play the game. :twisted:

I understand your point and there is nothing worse than getting your entire fleet destroyed but it does happen i have had it done and so have those in the top 10. They didnt get there easily they work hard to be good and ranked high like they are.

'My first attack on me i went crazy; but i have matured and understand now it is just part of the game' (I thank you again Lord of War), but without that attack i wouldnt be improving and the experienc has made me a better zorg player than i was (for that i thank Lord of war :D )

The best thing about the top players is they will give you advice and its always worth taking on board because not only is it good advice but its also right.

I dont play 24/7 but have learnt to hide my fleet from the big boys and girls and i enjoy the fact its very tactical in the way you play this game.

You can catch up with them its just whether or not your going to take the attack on the chin and rebuild and learn from your mistake or sulk and leave.

I'm not talking about the main planet only colony planets..which are made so easy made to big accs..and you tell me the Admits
wont look at making things fair for all?...

What happen between Sad and I, means it's a game congrats to him.. but look around I'm still here many have left!..
and many will leave time to wake up or fall away.. this is what I'm saying...

OMG, quit with the water-works.. Really, if you dont FS, dont be surprised when your fleet is destroyed. There are how many advice threads about fleetsaving?

Moon - Moon / Moon - DF - Safest fleetsave by far. Invisible to lanx.

If you FS and res save, you are 99% better off. If people still attack, turn down mine production until they forget about you, cos they will. Build some defense to make sure they cant profit. If all comes to all, move location.
Learn to FS! No matter how big your def, there is someone big enough to take it out.
