Battleships: They're classics in all similar games I played. Got good speed, good defence and great attack for the cost.
Elite cargo: First saw it here. But great idea. Just ... LOVE IT!!
Bomber: Defenders worst nightmare ... Love that too

I like using DS's... my feeling is: GO BIG OR GO HOME! (They're just so damn slow!)

That said, thousands of BC's doesn't sound too bad either. Though, remember the low duet cost is offset by the upfront duet cost in their construction.

Digging a shallow grave here, I would like to say my favorite defense is the Gauss Cannon. "Why," you ask? Well it's just a cool concept. Plus, it looks cool

I like the battleship because it looks really BA it seems like a real nice ship as far as stats go, and i like the gauss cannons.
