Well, there has been a lot of controversy among players regarding universes in the chat.... let's get some forum activity about it. Feel free to support your favorite universe, just stay away from offensive remarks...

I will start and say that I prefer Speed, mostly because everything is faster there. I also prefer fewer planets to manage while there are always plenty of inactives or not to raid.

I agree with Zorg, Speed in my view is the best as the increased fleet speed allows for better fleeting,
also the increased mining production and lower planet count means that the amount of transports to collect your resources from the planets is greatly reduced...giving you more time to hunt other players and launch attacks

Whilst the universe is still fairly new and is percieved as full of newbies, it does seem to have attracted some top players from both standard and xtreme.
Also from the many players I have chatted to, some are experienced players from other games too.

I've played standard universe in the past, didn't get far...could be something to do with the speed
Its a decent place to learn the game but thats about it, too many casual players and nothing much happens there except when rj and kick join

Xtreme I played recently for a very short while, found the gameplay very similar to speed and still an active universe for being old.
I would like to play there but personally I could only play in one universe at a time,

I prefer Xtreme mainly because that's the only universe you could call me "active" in. My Speed empire has fallen into ruin, shall we say, but it does make a nice farm for raiders from what I can see As for Standard, I VM'd over there because I was tired of getting hundreds of IPM's for literally zero profit. That, and I got kinda bored lol.

I play all universe. but just playing and taking time to play seriously and with care i would say it would be extreme. partly because i am more suited with the extreme server than all the others also because the game play is alot more better there. i would say i find it more balanced.

speed is great if u have a consistent game play time and effort. it is fast so it grows alot faster than extreme but i still find it lacking in player pool.

standard i just play to have something to do with when i have time off from x and speed.

Speed X and standard are to slow for me. Also I can't raid across the entire galaxies in an hour on X and speed takes day's which means no attack . So that makes speed my fav.

Speed - faster, and I'm more developed there...although it has lost some momentum I think, but still fun as hell
Extreme - great, lot of experience around, have to be more on top of your game in my opinion
Standard - I only stay as a matter of principle; easy to learn the basics, but the speed makes it lack a lot of entertainment

EXTREME (All the way, the rest are sh1t)

Quite simple.

2. The most competitive players.
3. It was the original Server
4. Good laugh
5. Its not to fast and not to slow, just perfect
6. Its great for new players to learn!

speed, althought I mostly play standard because all my friends are there and I have my good alliance there
