Not only would I bet you've got Squirrel wrong, but I'd put money on Squirrel in such a contest as you suggest.

Anyway, games like this need donations to be successful, and most people won't donate if they don't see a tangible benefit. Because people tend to be selfish.

If he *did* buy rubies ...

So? Thank him for donating to the game you're playing for free.

Im not denying the fact that the game needs people to donate to it.Personally I think thats great.but Some are taking credit for something they DIDNT EARN,they bought it.Some of us can buy rubies, some like myself cant (Retired-living on fixed income)Plus I live in America so the exchange rates very wildly from one day to the next. And Even if I didnt have the money to buy rubies I refuse to use PayPal as they have already screwed me twice before on on-line games.Twice they froze my account but did not pay the bill either.Had to wait two weeks for the funds to unfreeze. Now if this game wants to make a way for Amercans to buy direct without having to go threw Paypal I might just buy a couple hundred rubies myself

This would resonate more with me if Squirrel were a braggart *and* you could prove he'd bought a bunch of rubies. He seems pretty quiet. He's confident to be sure, but that's just symptomatic of what he happens to be.

And I think I know who he happens to be, but I definitely know what he happens to be. Which is a different animal entirely from most of the players here. And if you don't understand what that means, it just means you aren't coming from where he comes from.

As for the cost, I just looked, before posting this. 100 rubies is 5.99 Euro, which is ... what ... about $7.50 USD? I mean, not free, but it's not terribly expensive.

Coolhand I dont have to prove he bought rubies EVERYONE knows he did.His points went from less than 200 to over 9000 overnight,so either he bought alot of rubies Or He is cheating in a big way.I tend to think he bought a bunch of rubies (several hundred or maybe even a couple thousand)The Whole point of what I trying to say in this tread is that HE and the rest of alliance (not all tho) bought their way to the top they didnt earn it

SECOND AND FINAL WARNING FOR TROLLING. YOU ARE MAKING ABUSIVE AND UNSUPPORTED STATEMENTS ABOUT ANOTHER USER. -Slash

Drakkon,

When the game started I did buy a few rubies as have a few of my allies. Yes I did get a benefit from them but ONLY in the beginning. As one grows any sort of benefit is marginal at best. When I started there was another player who was buying them and I raided him as many times as possible taking advantage of the fact he bought rubies. Anyone who bought rubies could tell you that the only noticeable advantage s in the beginning.

I "paid" for a head start of 1.200 points, I now have 62.000. I havent paid for any rubies since the first couple of days I played and I have bought nowhere near 1000. I find it funny that you accuse me of buying my way to the top and in the same thread you mention that you may buy some yourself... Hypocrite... You want to challenge me? We started the same time, deduct 1.200 points off my score and there we are, Im still winning. I guess the other 35 players in front of you all bought rubies too then, eh? They must cheat too, no? Nobody is better than you are they? I could also name at least 5 other players who bought more rubies than me and they arent even in the top 10!

In addition to cheating, having powers of god over this game, being admin and buying my way to the top, you also accuse my allies/friends giving me resources. If this was the case, they and I would be banned as it is against the rules to push. I raid other players and inactives to add to the production of my mines. If you were as good at the game as you are at trolling/flaming others on the boards, you too could be in the top 10.

This is the final time I will waste my time responding to you, it is a game in the end. Its supposed to be enjoyed but people like you tend to ruin it. Believe what you want about me but dont ever accuse me of being a cheat again. Next time you try slur my name, I will recruit a head hunter who is within the 5x limit of you and I will pay them to farm you. Otherwise, see you when you come out of (n)... Ill be waiting...
