How do start making alliance and start war against others? What do I need to do to advance my position.

welcome. and asking questions is the best way to start. before war you should decide how you wish to play. there are many topics in the forums to help you with this. search and a wealth of info will come up. start by getting your mines up as ze is powered by res.
