as I stated in the title I am new to the game so have some questions

1) zorg rupees how can I get more short of buying into the game?

2)trader do I need to pay for him to come if so with what?

3)espionage what is the ratio I need to find enemy probes and keep them for seeing my stuff

4) fleet save? send all my stuff away where I don't have any other planets yet?

other wise I see the point of the game raid other people tech up get more planets

Bring new players into the the game is the only other way
This can be done using your referral link on the overview at the bottom:

Whenever you refer a player, you get to earn rubies based on their progress, once they reach certain milestones:

100 Points -> +10 Rubies
1 000 Points -> +10 Rubies
10 000 points -> +10 Rubies
100 000 Points -> +10 Rubies




2)trader do I need to pay for him to come if so with what?

The in-game merchant uses up 1 Zorg Ruby each time you use it,

However you can use the forums to arrange trades with other players instead, The standard universe(The one you play?) uses the following one: http://www.zorgempire.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=29

3)espionage what is the ratio I need to find enemy probes and keep them for seeing my stuff

To get a full espionage report of a player with lower espionage technology than you, send 2+ probes.
To get a full espionage report of a player with the same espionage technology as you, send 3+ probes.
To get a full espionage report of a player with higher espionage technology than you, the difference in espionage level between you and the other player, multiplied by 3, is the minimum number of probes you need to send.

4) fleet save? send all my stuff away where I don't have any other planets yet?

Adding to Cypher's answer about rubies, this year, Zorg gave everyone 20 rubies as a Happy New Years present. I don't know if he's doing that this year, but if he, you can wait that long and get 20 rubies.

get more planets to get more resources and do raids to get more as well
