You can find plenty of Help in the forums. For quick answers consider joining the Zorg Empire Chatroom; there is a link for this in the left hand menu.
Also, each universe has its own place of discussion. You can find an alliance there for example, see top combat reports, etc.
Have you found the How to Start guide at the left hand menu ?
