If we request a hit, or provide a alliance based reward (for recruiting most people etc.) would the resulting payment be allowed to bypass the Milking/Pulling rule, or would it be excused?

I asked about giving rewards for Alliance contests, but was told it was still a violation of the milking/pulling if it exceeded my Production rate.

So, I don't think it is excused.

It is a violation of the milking rule regardless of the circumstance.

I would just like for you to note that you could simply get 4 or 5 players willing to give a 24-hour production total and just send it like that. If you have a large number of high(er) ranking players, a couple hundred thousand metal or Crystal isn't unreasonable to ask for.

At least, I'm fairly certain this is in no way a violation of the rules. Correct me if I'm wrong
