Noob question:

Been playing this game about a week now, still very much noobing around, but I got this mIl today

An enemy fleet at the planet ...... was sighted near your planet ..........

Does this mean I am being attacked, or does it just literally mean the fleet is just near my planet?

Be easy on me...lol
