Rule Book??

I am new and don't know anything, but I have already done the list of things in Just Joined.
Is there anything that explains everything and how things work and states the goal of the game? Any replies would be helpful.

The game doesn't end and you can't win.
Other than that, you can do whatever you want. Build the biggest fleet, have the biggest mines, research the greatest techs, build the biggest defenses. Kill your enemies, kill your friends' enemies, kill your friends for all we care.
Choose your style of play and have fun!

there is no way that he will get the biggest anything when he has 2 strt over 2 months later

if you destroy the fleets of the players above you then you can always reach the number 2 spot. =) number one is unreachable tho lol
