autobanned

I am fairly new to the game and play a lot on my evo cell phone over wifi. A while ago I was playing from both my phone and my desktop computer at the same time, kinda like having two tabs open at the same time, and i got autobanned for a week. After reading through the forums a little on the subject it seams the server suspected i was a bot. I obviously am not a bot. Any help or sugestions on how i can get my account reinstated would be much appreciated.
