Are they instant? I was wondering how to time them with an attack.

they are instant you can check the damage they caused by sending another spy probe right after

They are no longer instant. But they are fast, like that of the espionage ships.

ah that is cool i thought i sent some 2 days ago they were instant but seeing them coming wont really change anything
