How to request an alliance to make me a member

How do I request an allliance to make me a member?
You send a request via the alliance front page. There should be a link of some sort there for you to press. It will then automatically send a request which then would be accepted, declined or ignored by anyone in charge of the invites/ new recruits for the allinaces.
Some alliances have it so they dont allow new members, therefor wont have an active link you can press to send an application.
Another way is to send IGMs to a member of the alliance and try to get their attention, and get a clear to join^^
Steps you can take in general to be accepted into an alliance:
-The use of force (Show them whos boss, and force your way into their alliance using military means, launch some missles on their members, although that might get you in deep trouble, but you might have a chance to show your not a *noob)
-Use of civility (Send a message to them, an invite request or contact them by using IGMs)
-The annoying method (Spam their members with mails asking, beging to be let in, although this is not the best of of being let in, as it is very annoying^^)
*Noob = A player who knows how to play the game but just does it in a retarded way.
