Hey, are IPM's instant? I sent some off and didn't get any message of them attacking nor did I see them in my overview but I no longer have the IMP's anymore so I sent them for sure.

Also if they are instant does the player your nuke know where they came from?

Yes they do, i beleive the only way to know if your IPM succeeds is to espionage the target before and after the impact and compare the reports.

They do.
