Hi

There is an abandoned colony near our empire with loads if resources.

We would love to jump in and loot it. but the abandoned account is in an alliance.

Will I be infringing on some unwritten rule of looting rights saying he is 'one of theirs' ?

Or is it quite OK ?

Raiding inactives is an integral part of the game, everyone does it, you wouldn't be doing wrong to raid anyone active or inactive.
