I have completed maxed Energy Technology level 12 for transformer. Since we have more levels left in Energy Technology. If i increase to level 13 and it help reduce numbers of need energy each building level or it help increase more energy resources?

The only benefit after level 12 is that it will make your Fusion Reactors produce more energy.
